Complaint What Happened My complaint was closed without anybody contacting me to resolve the matter. Also the correspondence had nothing to do with my complaint. The closed complaint number is XXXX My original agreement with this bank was to have atm fees at non wellsfargo atms be reversed three times per Month. I dont live in an area where there is wellsfargo so this was a part of my agreement. I am being forced to pay these fees because I dont have the luxury to go to a wellsfargo atm near by. Also my complaint was closed with anyone having a conversation with me about it Also why send me a mediation form to resolve the matter if your response is going to be about what you did before, that has nothing to do with my complaint.

Complaint What Happened I pulled a copy of my consumer report and noticed some items I would like to dispute. I have suffered emotional distress as a result of this matter as a result so I demand this matter be resolved in a fair and equitable manner, which hasnt been done. These accounts are related to a transaction and experience that falls under the EXCLUSION section of the FCRAs definitions ; and rules of construction section. It was also reported without my written consent and therefore ; is a result of identity theft ( as defined by the Federal Trade Commission ), and the account SHALL be deleted. This account is not related to any transaction authorized by me, the consumer as I did not give written instructions to your agency to report this, which is a violation of the permissible purpose section of the FCRA, which holds your agency liable for damages of at least {$1000.00} per the civil liability section for willful non-compliance. Please DELETE these items from my consumer report!

Complaint What Happened So I opened everyday checking account with Wells Fargo with welcome bonus offer of XXXX $ last year XXXX. As today its being already the 90days since I opened my account and I didnt receive the welcome bonus offer, with my concern I called the customer service number at Wells Fargo . First person I talked to said that Im not eligible for the offer cause I didnt use the code to open my account. But there was no code given when I opened the account. I checked all my emails from Wells Fargo. With all the emails they sent me when I opened the account theres no code thats given. With my concern I called the Customer service number again. Its the 2nd time calling and another representative pickup After checking, the customer service agent is saying that my welcome bonus is expired and lapsed in earlier XXXX which I told him that made all the requirements for receiving the bonus before even XXXX. I had the direct deposits Ive being using my account for 90 days. He said its required for me to go to the branch. I live in XXXX, NY. And we dont have a branch of Wells Fargo in our city. But hes telling me Im required to drive 5hrs to the nearest branch Ive if I want to pursue this {$300.00} bonus. And I told him Im not able to drive that long, whats the next available option. He became mad and saying customer service is telling you that your required to go to the branch that {$300.00} its not a small money and you dont want to help yourself???! Long story short the customer service is telling me that Im not able to get the welcome offer.

Complaint What Happened Subject : Wells Fargo omits proof of false foreclosure Please reject the response by Wells Fargo in complaint numbers XXXX and XXXX. Wells Fargos response is inadequate and a duplication. My complaints had entirely new information that was not previously provided. Wells Fargo ignored the evidence and completely disregarded the new information by restating their history lesson from months ago. The CFPB standard is to avoid duplication. This standard should be applied to the Wells Fargo response where the repeat offender regurgitates their answers from months ago. Wells Fargo is violating the Consent Order by failing to add my name to the list of victims. By naming their victims Wells Fargo gets a free pass to investigate themselves. Complaint What Happened This company must remove all collections against my credit reports immediately. My dispute is based upon the Federal Trade Commission guidelines pertaining to either debt collections as a third-party, or debt buyers in general. The rules are as follows : 1. A debt collector/buyer must be bonded and licensed by the National Mortgage Licensing Service . 2. The debt must be legally collectible within the states jurisdiction where the creditor resides. 3. Creditor must be given copies of debt collector/buyer license, bonding number with insurance carrier name and address, a copy of any assignment to collect on original creditors behalf, and/or copies on ant ownership transfer with true copy certification. 4. A debt purchase must have an assignment number and be registered with the National Mortgage Licensing Service. 5. Any debt not within these guidelines must be deleted from a consumers credit report with prejudice. 6. This company has posted one or more out dated collection against my credit report. It looks like the account was over 7 years old, and the information was acquired through a debt pooling service. The collections must be deleted permanently!!!

Complaint What Happened XXXX XXXX I am to formally express my concerns regarding XXXX handling of disputes, particularly in light of the recent CFPB lawsuit highlighting significant issues with the platform. Despite using XXXX numerous times and reporting discrepancies, my financial institution and XXXX failed to investigate my claims adequately. They informed me that recovering lost funds was impossible and that tracking these transactions was unfeasible. The CFPBs findings indicate that XXXX has not only neglected to protect consumers but has also allowed repeat offenders to exploit the system, leaving user vulnerable to scams. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about consumers safety.

Complaint What Happened My card was stolen and I called to report fraud and they took the charges off but put them back on. I never had the card or made those purchases. I did go to the precinct and gave the police the information but they didnt do anything about it.
