29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 6/11/18 at a roof replacement project located at 13295 Broadway Street, Depew, New York; employees were working on the roof of a two story building. The roof had a 5 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 24 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED |

The employee did not have his rope grab adjusted or rigged to prevent free falls more than 6 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED |
