I did not agree with renew my subscription to XXXX. I contacted the website and cancelled the subscription. They refused it and said I have to pay the amount I didn't agree with. Now they scam me by sending my information to dept collector and I didn't use any of they services. I cancel the subscription long time ago.

I made 4 different attempts to validate this debt with RFGI, I requested the company send me A purchase agreement they have with the " original creditor '' that gives them the right to collect and report this debt to my credit report.
Also a original contract proving my liability for such debt They did not provide me with any of this information

My adult daughter purchase some sofas back in XXXX From a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '. She was going through a tough patch and like any mother, I decided to help her by taking one of her bills off her hands.
She was a single mother with XXXX babies. I called the company and told them to charge my account monthly. they set it up over the phone, every month they took {$180.00} until they final payment on XX/XX/XXXX.
I thought I was done, but according to the secretary whom I only spoke to on the phone, I was told I had to make 3 more payment of {$180.00} for the buyout of {$560.00}. I paid them and never heard back from them again. Mind you, they have my telephone and work number which has never changed. I never got a letter, ever because like I said, the contract was my daughters who lives at a different address.
Now 6 years later I get a letter from a Rozlin Financial Group saying I purchased sofas and never made any payments {$1900.00}!! I called to tell them they was some mistake, I didn't know any Rozlin Financial Group, Then they said it was a leasing company and they bought the debt. First they said there was one payment missing in XXXX of XXXX. They side if i could show I made that payment they will delete what was put on my credit, I got my bank records and showed them they charged my card. then they came with another excuse, I realized they were just fishing, anything to get me to fork over more money to these scammers!!!
The worst part is they are making it seem like I opened and account in XXXX and never paid them. They are lying and saying I owe them {$1900.00} Now! They refuse to send me the original contract with my signature or printout of payment made and who made them. They said they done't have any of that information. Truth is they do not want to submit it because they know that contract was not mine! I don't know how to expose these scammers!!!
I want to see the original contract with my signature!!!! Attached is what they sent, this is no contract, this is just a piece of paper they generated to say what ever they want!!
