Complaint What Happened	CreditRepair.com are a bunch of absolute scumbags. I went to them for help and they stole money from me. I went to sign up and was told in 30 days I would be charged {$99.00}. Instead they took out {$200.00} the next morning ... and refuse to give me the full refund. I have called both XXXX AND CreditRepair.com and both have been complete XXXX. XXXX said there is nothing they can do and CreditRepair.com swore to pay me back in full and have refused. To just put you into perspective of how infuriated I am ... I've called about this every 2 days and today CreditRepair.com made me wait an HOUR AND A HALF ... on the phone and not one person answered. Also they never reply to emails, live chats or even XXXX. They are complete XXXX and I want my money back. And XXXX? Thanks a lot for doing literally nothing to protect me from fraud, why am I a customer again? Congrats I'm not anymore. No files are attached below because CreditRepair.com never sent me proof of the conversation confirming the full refund. Huge Surprise.

Complaint What Happened	I have been charged with a fee of XXXX dollars to cancel the account at Creditrepair.com. During the sign-up process, the telemarketing agent did not mention any activation fee of {$99.00} ( I was told it is monthly subscription fee ), but now when I asked to cancel the account they came up with the idea that it is in the contract and that is how they do it. Please look into this issue and let me know if you need any more information.
