(a) Front of main building: On or about 12/18/15, a Coleman Powermate 6875 portable generator was used for temporary 120v AC single-phase power to cord and plug connected equipment, including but not limited to: halogen work light(s), string lights, water heater, and a skil saw; receptacles were not equipped with ground-fault circuit interrupters for shock protection. (b) Back of main building: On or about 12/18/15, a Coleman Powermate 8000 and Honda EU6500is portable generator were used to provide 120v AC single-phase power to cord and plug connected equipment, including but not limited to: ventilation fans, string lights, halogen work lights; 15 and 20 Amp receptacles were not equipped with ground-fault circuit interrupters for shock protection. |
