THE COC PROGRAM INCLUDES GRANTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO SPECIFIC SUBPOPULATIONS OF PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. THE GRANTS SPECIFICALLY SERVE YOUTH, DEFINED AS HOUSEHOLDS WHERE NO PERSON IS OVER THE AGE OF 24 UNDER THE YOUTH HOMELESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (YHDP).
