On or about Friday, July 18th 2014, jobsite, 65-60 Booth Street, Rego Park, NY 11374 The adjacent structure (i.e. existing concrete retaining wall) along the perimeter of an excavation occupied by employees during the removal and replacement of a concrete cement wall was not adequately protected and/or supported to ensure the stability of the structure during construction activities exposing employees to cave-in hazards.
