I went to the XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/19 and was in no state of mind to tell the correct info about it being a work related incident. I filled out work related paperwork afterwards, but then workers compensation XXXX XXXX denied the claim as work related. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said they will look into it and they denied me twice. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), agreed to pay XXXX out of XXXX in good faith and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX will not pay the XXXX remaining and I am now being put into collections and will affect my credit score. Need help!!!

Medical debt from a car accident was paid by Insurance company but not recorded properly. Was then transferred to a debt collection agency ( ARC Management Group , LLC ) who was contacted by the insurance company at that time. Almost a year later a credit account with XXXX was opened in my name for the amount of this bill and is reflected on my credit report.
How can they use my SSN from my medical records to open an account in my name?
