At the time of inspection a worker was cutting flooring on a table saw without the proper kickback and saw blade guards in place to protect the operator. |

Employees working with pnuematic tools and a portable 110V DC air compressor were not protected from electrical shocks because the Neutral ground conductor on the compressors electrical plug had been broken off/removed thus breaking the continuous path for electrical safety. |
