Employees were using an electric portable table saw to cut flooring to size. At the time of inspection a worker was cutting flooring on a table saw without the proper kickback and saw blade guards in place to protect the operator.

Employees working with pnuematic tools and a portable 110V DC air compressor were not protected from electrical shocks because the Neutral ground conductor on the compressors electrical plug had been broken off/removed thus breaking the continuous path for electrical safety.

The 8 foot by 8 foot opening for the stairway access to the lower level 8 feet below, was not protected by guardrails to prevent persons falling to the floor below.
