Roofing materials and debris were being dropped into a dumpster exceeding 20 feet. Employees working near the waste dumpster were exposed to overhead fall hazards. A chute was not installed to effectively protect the area around the disposal dumpster. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
