GEMS ECE TRAININGS LLC. is a minority owned small business which provides educational training, coaching and consulting services for leaders, elementary and early childhood staff, and family childcare providers.
This company’s owner holds professional certification at the b-2 (early childhood) and 1-6 (elementary) levels. She holds a Bachelor of Education Degree in elementary education and a Master’s Degree in International Teaching. She has many years of experience as a trainer, researcher, classroom teacher (early childhood and elementary), university professor and childcare center director.
In addition, she has satisfied the requirements as a Professional Development Specialist and Coach with NYAEYC; is verified to train SUNY – Health & Safety and is a PD Specialist for Council for Professional Recognition (CDA).
As a NYS Pyramid Model Master Cadre, she provides trainings in the Pyramid Model Modules – infant toddler, preschool, and family childcare, coaching training for leadership and trainings for families and family service staff. She has certified reliability to use the TPOT, TPITOS & CLASS (Pre-K) observation tools.
At GEMS ECE TRAININGS LLC. trainings can be created to meet your individual needs. These trainings will be approved in ASPIRE for quality assurance. Services are available in-person or virtually. |
