Complaint What Happened	1st called me on my cell, made arrangements to make a payment 1st payment was made XX/XX/XXXX, which bounce back but also made two pay arrangements XX/XX/XXXX which this ladies has my bank information and theirs funds in, but they never took it out which I do n't understand but the this hole time they been calling me, my job server all times, I 've asked them to stop calling my job, since I work in retail and a cashier, taking care of customers I put this lady on hold and somthing happen, then my boss is asking who keeps calling, so that I got into trouble n I 've been repeatly told her that I 'm busy I ca n't take personal calls or I 'm going to get fired. She kept saying yelling at me and going on, and on, and on why I ca n't handle it right now or she kept asking when to call back. She ask why I do n't pick up or call back? And when I do call back their number does n't even work. So I do n't understand that on their end. I work both jobs, a mother, and I have a sick mother in the hospital, plus I do n't carry my phone all the time. I have to take care of my customer first. But kept asking personal question to why I do n't answer. If they have my info and bank account to take the money I do n't understand why this lady keeps calling about. Just take their money
