I do not authorized This company to run or check my credit there is no prove signed or verbally to confirm my concern. Unprofessional costumer service rude and XXXX. They not try to resolve my problem but they answer back with attitude. All the conversation I have with there costumer service is voice recorded and will be upload and everybody will know with what kind of company deal with. They respond that they are 3rd party company and they run the credits behalf some other companies such I don't have no idea what they are and why they looking on my personal info and when you contact them after they broke down your credit they offer you service to repair and ask for a money to remove inquires this is a rip of.

OnXX/XX/18 I contacted XXXX to ask who gave permission to access my credit report.
on XX/XX/18.
XXXX stated that the request or my credit report was generated by Credit Plus Inc.
I contacted Credit Plus Inc. and was told the request was made by : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, New Jersey by XXXX XXXX, a Senior Vice President.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX and he told me that I gave him permission when I answered questions.
That is in part accurate. I did answer questions but made it clear that no permission to release my credit report would come without my brother 's blessing, who I had co signed on a house loan for over {$90000.00}. XXXX was told that confirmation from my brother to allow a report would be needed for me to proceed with the C R request .That same day, ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX sent an email directing me to call Credit Plus Inc. , so that credit information of mine could be released. This is a clear indication that XXXX asked for the report when he knew I had not given him permission. You would think that XXXX would at least spell me name correctly. He submitted XXXX XXXX when I am clearly XXXX XXXX, XXXX..
I asked Credit Plus to send me a copy of the Request from me to release my credit report. Instead, they sent it to XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent the following report on Letterhead : XX/XX/XXXX, To Whom It May Concern, Per the Banker, Mr. XXXX gave him all his information as a co signer. The banker told him he was running the credit and even discussed with him after he ran it. Also, the borrower received a set of Initial Application documents.
My line by line response : Mr. XXXX gave him all his information as a co signer.
( I gave him some information, XXXX never said that he would use the information to supply to The three big Credit Reporting Agencies, in order for him to receive my report. ) The banker told him he was running the credit and even discussed with him after he ran it.
( XXXX NEVER SAID HE NEEDED THE INFO TO RUN A CREDIT REPORT. XXXX REFERENCED CREDIT INFO OF MINE WHICH LET ME KNOW THAT HE HAD ALREADY RECEIVED INFO. I MADE IT CLEAR THAT MY CREDIT REPORT WAS NOT TO BE RELEASED. THE REASON THAT HE DISCUSSED THE CREDIT REPORT WAS BECAUSE I QUESTIONED HIM AS TO WHY HE LIED AND SAID I GAVE HIM PERMISSION. ) Think about this system where all a company like Credit Plus Inc can have your credit info without a signed release. an E document release or a recored proclaimation.
Even the Compliance Review officer from Credit Plus Corporate couldn't get proof from one of his own officers.
Now today, I spoke to XXXX as to why I receive a letter from Credit Plus saying that a conversation with XXXX ( XXXX ) caused the request be converted to a soft-inquiry..
According to the agent from XXXX, there is no record of how that was done, A former employee asks to see if I would co sign. She tells you, you only have to be on the mortgage for 5 or 6 months. Once XXXX said that could not be guaranteed and I also related my brother would not wish for his info to be released as a part of my credit report. We were done. XXXX was told I would not give permission to release my credit report yet he lied and got it and even tried to trap me into calling Credit Plus without saying who they were.
