29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Worksite - Zbeem, 31 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- The entry/exit door into the front parking lot of the warehouse was being obstructed by stacked boxes of products; on or about December 20, 2023. b) Worksite - Zbeem, 31 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- Aisleways in the warehouse were obstructed by stacks of boxes, pallets, and shelving units containing products. c) Worksite - Zbeem, 29 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- The entry/exit door in the front and back of the warehouse was obstructed by stacked boxes of products and a shelving unit being stored in the means of egress; on or about December 20, 2023. d) Worksite - Zbeem, 29 Werman Court, Plainview, NY 11803- Aisleways in the warehouse were obstructed by boxes, pallets, and shelving units containing products. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. |

Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19. |
