Guardrails were removed from the edge of the building and employees were not tied off to fall arrest anchors during the installation process. On or about 11/21/18. Vescom Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1200138, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/18/17, with respect to a workplace located at Villa BXV Kensington & Sagamore Rd, Bronxville, NY 10708. |
