In XXXX 2015 I discovered that there was A Judgement on my credit reports that was not mine. This judgement was entered in XXXX ( NY ) City Court and a transcription of this judgement was filed with the XXXX County ( NY ) clerks office. I went to XXXX ( NY ) City Court in XXXX 2015 and the judgement was vacated by the Honorable XXXX XXXX XXXX. The City of XXXX claims that notice of this order to vacate judgement was sent to the attorney that was acting as a collection agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX NY. The XXXX City Court will not give me any of this documentation. It has now been 10 months since this judgement was vacated but it is still on file in the XXXX XXXX ( NY ) Clerks office. When my credit profile is pulled this judgement is still showing in my files adversely impacting my life. I checked with the XXXX City Court and they tell me that the judgement in fact was vacated and that the collection agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX needs to notify the XXXX XXXX Clerk of the true and correct status of this judgement so that it will be reported accurately to credit reporting agencies. I sent written communication to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2015 via USPS Registered mail. This letter was delivered on XXXX XXXX, 2015. In this letter I asked that XXXX XXXX XXXX office complete their duty to report the correct status of the judgement that was vacated to the XXXX XXXX Clerks office so that it XXXX be XXXX and expunged and all records could be made accurate. I did not receive any reply from XXXX XXXX XXXX office. Today, I went in person to the XXXX County Clerks Office where they told me the judgement was still on file and there was no information that it was vacated. I told them to remove this record and they would not, saying that they needed official notice that it was vacated. I then went directly to the XXXX City Court to get documentation for the XXXX County Clerk. I was again told ( for the third time ) that this documentation was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX and that was the party that need to correct the records of the XXXX County Clerk. I informed them that XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to do this but I was not given any other avenue to correct this incorrect reporting to XXXX County on my own. I am aware that the continuance of XXXX XXXX XXXX to report information that they know is incorrect and or inaccurate is against the law.

XX/XX/2021 I called collections to clarify the validity of bill and ask for an itemized bill as this bill was previously disputed and no further action had been taken. A woman by the name of XXXX, had explained that my bill came from XXXX and the date, and this amount $ XXXX but couldnt tell me what the amount was from. She stated I would need to sign a waiver to give them permission to get my medical record. When I asked if they had a medical professional working on that office she got upset. I asked to speak with her supervisor. A woman by the name of XXXX got on the phone and repeated what the first woman said. So I told her it made no sense to release my medical records to them if they didnt have a medical professional in the office to decipher medical jargon and shorthand. She got rude and threatened that I would need to pay the bill or go to jail and or court which ever came first and then hung up.
I never received anything else in writing from them or phone calls. Then I was approached by a sheriff XX/XX/2021 about another bill and since I refused to give him personal information he stated I hope they garnish EVERYTHING you have.
I do not appreciate the method of recovery and being harassed by law enforcement for this collection.
