On or about 3/6/13, on site, for the employee conducting spray painting operations, the employee dispenses HET Premium Wash Thinner, a Class 2 flammable, by lifting the 5 gallon drum into another container that is drawn into the parts washer. b). On or about 3/6/13, on site, for the employee conducting mixing operations, the employee dispenses flammables such as Finish 1 Ultimate Overall Clearcoat FC720 (Class 2 flammable) and Finish 1 Hardener Part B FH611 (Class 3 flammable) by lifting the metal containers into another container to be mixed. |
