The continuously call me at work, which connects you to an IVR that states, " I 'm calling in regards to an issue very recently filed within our office involving your name and social security number ''. Either hit " XXXX '' or call XXXX to speak to a representative. I hit " XXXX '' and a rep came stating he was an attorney and needs to verify my name and social security number. I refuse and ask what it 's all about. The gentleman at the other ends becomes belligerent and threatens to sue if I do n't clear up the matter at hand. Yet he does n't state what it 's about unless I give my name and ss #. The caller ID shows either XXXX or XXXX, which is a spoofed phone number. XXXX the XXXX number shows it 's a collection agency.
