Crossbraces were used as used as a means of access. Location: 201 Varick Street (Houston Street side). On or about: 27 Oct 2015 a) Employees worked on a tubular framed mobile scaffold with no safe means of access. Employees climbed the cross braces to reach the work platforms. |
