my mortgage company is in charge of paying the homeowners insurance from my escrow. due to the non payment. They were supposed to sent the check back in XXXX and apparently they didn't it. My insurance policy was cancelled for non payment and now the price went up by 100 %. When contacting the mortgage company they stated the check was mailed to XXXX and it was voided because XXXX never cashed the check. XXXX said they never received a check from the mortgage company and due to cancellation for non payment, it went up by 100 %. The mortgage company or XXXX never sent me a letter explaining the situation or giving a notice before the cancellation.
Due to this negligence i am unable to pay this price. It went up from {$3500.00} to {$5800.00}. The mortgage company has been in charge of this insurance payment since i got the loan.

I just got me a copy of my credit report and I found some stuff that is not right. From what I have been told, you have to verify anything I think is not right. Please do one of investigations on the account that I listed above and mail me results. On the internet it says you must finish within 30 days, so I will wait until then.
