Site: Site: 2910 21st Street, Astoria, NY 11102. On or about May 29, 2024, an employee was observed applying stucco on a building from a supported scaffold while climbing on the scaffold cross braces without proper personnel fall protection system. The working level was approximately 40 feet from the ground level. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19. |
