As part of my work teaching groups strategies to practice self-care, affirmations that support their self-worth, and accountability for designing a lifestyle that’s open to promising possibilities, I offer powerful questions, focused and fine-tuned planning tools, and accountability to help women GET CLEAR on their vision, GET POWERFUL with goal-setting, and GO take action.
