Our goal is to provide a welcoming, home-like setting with warm, friendly, well-trained staff and volunteers who support the functioning of each participant. ACT’s goal is to improve or maintain skills and abilities, and to provide a safe environment that recognizes the dignity of each participant. ACT program is developed for participants to be able to use community-based services to exercise their right to person-centered care. ACT understands that our member’s personal choice is important, and we encourage the right for each person to be able to achieve their individualized goals.
