29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about 06/24/19 at Anne's Fudge shop; a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to a popcorn machine exposing employees to burns. b) On or about 06/24/19 at Midway Pizza shop; a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to a nacho chip warmer, nacho sauce warmer and soda dispenser and ice machine exposing employees to burns. c) On or about 06/24/19 in the Maintenance shop; two relocatable power taps were being used to supply power to a microwave, two coffee makers, a battery charge and other miscellaneous equipment on a workbench exposing employees to burns. d) On or about 06/24/19 in the Maintenance shop; a relocatable power tap was mounted on the wall near the ceiling and used to supply power to the time keeping device and other computer network equipment exposing employees to burns. e) On or about 06/24/19 at the Flight Ride area; the HPS Sentinel G transformer part number SG30A150KY ( dry type ) was being used while mounted on a pallet, which was not allowed by the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer exposing employees to burns.
