On or about 02/27/17, at the site of 182-04 Horace Harding Expwy (Eastbound), Fresh Meadows, NY Employees were working on the ground directly below the area where other employees were working 20-feet above on a scissor lift were exposed to being struck-by tools and stucco materials.
