Complaint What Happened	On XXXX I have applied for a mortgage through Prosper First Funding corporation in XXXX XXXX NY. The loan offIcees name is XXXX XXXX. XXXX had pulled my credit report on XXXX 2020. On XXXX 2020 XXXX XXXX pulled my credit report again without my permission. When I asked XXXX the reason he pulled my credit the second time without my permission, XXXX added that the system did it by itself. I told XXXX that the system doesnt do things by itself, XXXX said yes it dies and that my credit score went up! I reached out to his manager XXXX XXXX who has no class, no customer service skills and who also lied to me. He was aggressive and was yelling at me through emails. XXXX added that no wrongdoing was done, I asked him the reason for him to believe that, he said that we pulled your credit on XXXX. I said you also pulled my credit report on XXXX without my permission, his answer was that my score went up and that he is going to decline me for the mortgage after I was approved and that he is closing my file, he also threatened me not to email him again or contract anyone in his company. I have all of this in emails between XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and myself if need to be, I can forward the emails to this agency. I am not sure if I also have to contact other agencies such as HUD and Equal Lending agencies.
