This is a violation FACTA and the Fair Credit Reporting Act because they are have provided inaccurate information regarding a debt I have no knowledge and despite my two attempts to contact them regarding this debt.

I brought my son in for treatment this XXXX for XXXX. I thereafter got XXXX my insurance information ( which was to entirely cover the {$800.00} bill ) - this was to be fully covered as per XXXX 's conversation with my son 's insurer XXXX. XXXX told me it was all taken care of. They then did not take care of it and sent a debt collector after me - AR Resources. I was notified of a credit score drop yesterday - when I looked into it I saw a debt outstanding from this charge. MAJOR ISSUE is that AR Resources never contacted me - EVER! So I called today, and they refused to give me XXXX 's contact information. I WANT THIS FIXED as my credit score due to this has gone from 730 to 660! In addition, the woman I spoke to at AR was nasty, obnoxious and told me " the only way to handle this is to pay off the debt you owe '' - that 's when I asked for a manager and he said that she was wrong and would be reprimanded - I then gave him my son 's insurance information and they said they 'd call back with an update. What kind of corrupt nonsense is this?!?!

ARS Services has posted a wrongful collection account that does not belong to me. This has been reported to credit bureaus and I have attempted all mediums to explain that the account was for someone that I do not know. Finally, I spoke to someone in their company and she assured me that it would be deleted as it was obviously not mine and still showing on credit file. This is making it impossible to get the lending needed for my business and affecting my live in a negative manner. I ask that they please do the right thing and delete this false collection from my report.

This is a medical debt that went into collections with AR Resources. I paid the debt of {$220.00} in XXXX of 2019 and have the transaction code ( AR Resource term ) they gave me as proof of payment. It is transaction code XXXX, that is the code they gave me as proof of my {$220.00} payment. The debt has been on my credit report this whole time and I have worked diligently to get it removed. It was not removed however. XXXX XXXX found the information of the debt to be correct!! So AR was telling them I still owed the money. AR has not submitted any information to remove this debt from my credit report. They refuse to help me at all with my credit situation. Please help me get this information off of my credit report.

I'm a retired Vet with XXXX issues, I had insurance during this time and this bill was paid by my insurance company. AR RESOURCES is XXXX the system and never even contacted me by phone, or letter, or let me know it was going to collections. I never received any collection letters or calls. No warning. How do I even know it's mine? I have been on XXXX for my issues, so clearly I don't have the money. Also, now I am sick with XXXX and was about to apply for a loan to take care of my family when I see that they put this collection on my credit reports during a time when the governor requested a moratorium on such actions during this pandemic. They were so spiteful and greedy, they put it on my credit reports in the middle of a crisis, on XX/XX/20. I want the negative info. removed from ALL of my credit reports ASAP or I will be seeing a lawyer + reporting to XXXX and other Federal agencies.

AR Resources Incorporated has erroneous information posted on my credit file. I have disputed the account with both the credit bureaus and XXXX and they have still not provided with sufficient evidence and refuse to delete wrongful information from my credit file.
The had 30 days by law to provide sufficient information which they did not. If they do not delete immediately we will have no other choice than to take legal action.

Today one of the representatives called me while I was at work and was very rude on the phone. I let him know that the whole situation will have to wait because I 'm at work and he told me it could n't because it affects my credit. After that he started talking over me as I was speaking to him explaining I ca n't continue on trying to figure out this how to fix the situation. Things escalated and I ended up having to hang up on him because he was still rude to me after I explained to him he is not supposed to be talking to anyone like that especially as someone who works in an office. I feel harassed and he was being manipulative and I do n't appreciate that. On top of that I also explain to him about how my medical insurance already paid out what they could and sent an explanation of benefits to the hospital and if he needs to talk to my medical insurance than he should. He wanted me to get them on the phone with him in a 3-way call which I did n't have the time for. He was very rude to me throughout the whole conversation.
