Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a) On or about 09/08/2022,at site located on 1010 Spencerport Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection for its employees working on a elevated surface 10 feet above lower levels. The employer allowed employees to perform exterior siding work without fall protection exposing them to fall hazards.
