Employees worked without fall protection and were exposed to falling approximately 10 feet from the stair landing to the basement level. On or about 02/12/2020. TGC Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1313340, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 64-38 Cloverdale Blvd, Flushing, NY 11364. |
