29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. (a) On or about 10/31/17, at the Anthony Memorial Building, located on 421 University Avenue, in Rochester, New York, and during the renovation and rehabilitation a main entry way used for exiting the building was used for storing construction equipment and materials creating an obstructed and unsafe passage to the exit. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED |
