The BSU,LLC is a full service investigative, training, research, and consulting firm capable of investigating sophisticated and sensitive investigations as well as consulting on negotiations, pre-incident crisis planning, combating violent extremism, or improving community relationships and governance. The BSU,LLC's operators have trained over 13,000 Federal Agents, police executives, military, and consequence managers from around the world.
The BSU,LLC uses evidence-based curricula to explore topics from leadership and ethics to countering terrorism and combating violent extremism. Other training topics include crisis negotiation, crisis management planning, stress management & resiliency, understanding the criminal mind through behavioral analysis (profiling), and relational policing principles through community oriented, intelligence-led, and evidence-led policing.
