One employee was using a stack of sheets of plywood for a platform supported by the forks of a Terex all-terrain lift approximately 13' to the ground below. There were no fall protection measures in place. b) 7362 Shawnee Road, North Tonawanda, NY - On or about 7/24/19, employees were framing, and sheathing the front roof area of a new 2 story house. One employee was standing on the framing members (trusses) of the roof and exposed to a fall of approximately 19' to the ground below. There were no fall protection measures in place.
