Complaint What Happened	I have disputed this erroneous, inaccurate and unverifiable entry with United Revenue Corp on multiple occasions as well as disputed them with the credit bureaus. In my most recent communication to United Revenue Corp. dated XXXX18, I was specifically responding to their latest response ( see attached ), denoted as frivolous. There were not any parts of my previous requests that were frivolous. I was very specific in my request that they validate the debt they were alleging I owed. United Revenue Corp did not provide an agreement that stated their authority to collect on this alleged debt, nor did they provide an agreement with the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she agreed to pay the creditor ; verification that the debt was assigned or sold to collector, complete accounting of alleged debt and name and address of bonding agent for collection agency in case legal action becomes necessary. To no avail. This is very specific and counters their claim of being frivolous. In my letter dated XXXX.18, I was even more specific in requesting that they provide a copy of my signature with the provider of service alleging the debt to release my medical information to them as well as for them to cease any credit bureau reporting until the debt had been validated by me. To no avail. See attached return receipt that reflects United received my dispute and blatantly refused to respond. It has been almost 60 days since my request for the aforementioned documentation, yet they have failed to comply. It is apparent that United Revenue Corp is unable to prove the validity or accuracy in the 2 entries they are continuing to report as derogatory on my credit reports. To that end, these erroneous, inaccurate, unverifiable entries must be deleted immediately.
