HAD a hospital bill that was paid in full. XXXX XXXX 's XXXX has no record of a bill in collections and all bills are paid in full. Magguilli law firm continues to harass and add fees to an account THEY have but will not provide specifics for what it is for. It was closed on XXXX because they failed to provide proof of an existing bill from the hospital and continue to add {$1.00} everyday it's not paid. When I asked for specifics what it's for they want to call me back and don't. They are rude and unreasonable. I also filed a complaint with the attorney general and the XXXX XXXX XXXX

The debt collector put a different amount than what I owed on my credit report. Credit report said I owed {$5600.00} when I called she said it was a total of {$5400.00}. When I asked her for what it was for she just said XXXX XXXX 's hospital. When I told her the hospital had no record of this money and told her that for a while there was a mix-up with the insurance company and she flat-out called me a liar. When I asked her for the breakdown of the bills she would not give them to me Said she had to wait for the file to get to her desk. I called every single day for a week and the file was never at her desk. Me actually trying to pay this or take care of this bill was like pulling teeth with this collection 's lawyer office. Very rude and unhelpful when I'm actually trying to give someone my money! I had to get a hold of the credit bureau to take care of this. Come to find out I'm not the first person who's had a problem. As a matter of fact many many people have had a problem You could even go on the internet and type their name and not one person has one good thing to say about them. Why are you adding money to my non-existing bill? Oh right my credit report says for personal services.
