Sunlight Financial NMLS ID XXXX XX/XX/XXXX has placed a solar order under my name and ran my social security with out my authorization I have not been in any kind of agreement or contact with them since XX/XX/XXXX when one of there door to door reps came to my home to silicate Solar energy, I emailed them regarding this order and that i didnt order this service there reply on XX/XX/XXXX was that they acknowledge my email and will contact the installer to email me, which means they are now attempting to install this service which was illegally ordered under my name, and my identity was saved in there database and unprotected,

In XXXX of 2021 an installment loan ( {$18000.00} ) was assigned to me for solar panels on a house that I purchased at that time. That loan has been paid up to date and in a timely fashion to XXXX XXXX c/o Sunlight Financial , LLC. Sunlight ran my credit report before transferring that loan but somehow has neglected to report that loan to credit agencies. Since then I've called their customer support several times this year to request that they report loan but that up to this date it has never been reported to credit agencies and they could never explain why -- all I ever get from them is that " it will show up soon ''. Its been more than a year. I have attached the latest statement they provided as proof of account.
