Complaint What Happened |
I've been using Paxos to mint my USD as XXXX ( a XXXX stable coin issued by Paoxs ). Earlier I needed money for my personal use, so on XX/XX/XXXX I transfered XXXX XXXX through XXXX to my Paxos account to redeem it as USD. The transfer was finished in a few minutes which can be seen on the XXXX Paxos did receive the fund as this transfer showed up in my Paxos account. But Paxos marked it as pending so I can't do anything with this money.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I submit a ticket on Paxos asking what's going on. On XX/XX/XXXX they replied and asked me to provide proof of my earlier employment salary which I sent to them immediately.
Then there is no response. I submit new tickets and sent many email requesting for progress, but got no response at all. Now it's been over a month and my money is still pending.
FYI, Paxos promise to handle transaction in 3-5 days.
