Complaint What Happened I XXXX XXXX have been requesting and writing for the proof of judgment concerning the debt that I 've been paying for the past year and eight months stating that this debt belongs to me. In XXXX and XXXX of 2015 I have been in contact with your office requesting said judgment with the understanding that the judgment would be sent and I have yet to hear anything from your office concerning this matter. I checked my credit report and the debt was not on the report so how can i be in debt and paying something i have no knowledge of or any proof. Therefore, I am now requesting that my money be refunded in full back to me within 10 business days of receipt of this letter. If this office does not refund my money I will be forced to file a complaint with the Customer Financial Protection Bureau and the Attorney General Office.

Complaint What Happened I recently was having my wages garnished by a debt collection agency ( Eltman Law, PC ) they were garnishing my wages for more than XXXX moths. Once I noticed and realized what was happening I contacted ( Eltman Law, PC ) they sent my a letter stating the ( Creditor ) and the ( Amount owed ) and ( Account # ) they said the account was opened on the year ( 2000 ). This account does not belong to me. Also if this account is from the year ( 2000 ) its been more that XXXX years that this debt has been outstanding. It is ILLEGAL for ( Eltman Law, PC ) to collect.
