The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a) Worksite, - Employees removing brick on the exterior of a commercial building working from a JLG 600 AJ Aerial Lift approximately 30 feet above the ground were not utilizing a personal fall arrest system; on or about 3/1/2022. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19. |
