Citation text line OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falls while utilizing a work platform supported by a rough terrain fork truck: a) On or before 10/11/2018, at the job site: Employees were working off of a platform supported by a Rough Terrain Fork truck. The platform was not secured to the fork of the truck, fall protection was not utilized by employees, the partial rail system was not high enough, the platform extended past the width of the truck, and there were no capacity markings on the platform. Abatement certification is required for this item.
