29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked: Site: 11-24 31st Drive, Astoria, NY 11106. a). On or about February 01, 2024, employee working from the first tier of a supported scaffold applying stucco on a building was exposed to a fall hazard. The Scaffold platform was missing two planks, creating a gap of approximately 12 inches. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19. |

Site: 11-24 31st Drive, Astoria, NY 11106. a). On or about February 01, 2024, an employee was applying stucco to a building from a supported scaffold and was standing on top of a bucket to increase the working level height. This condition exposes the employee to a fall hazard. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19. |
