We specialize in plastic pellet extrusion 3D printing and additive manufacturing. We sell machines, products, and services. With pellet extrusion, save up to 90% on plastic costs compared to conventional filament. Our large format standard size is a 42 inch X axis, 22 inch Y axis, 18 inch Z axis. Custom and larger sizes are also available. NASA grant winner. Our machines can deposit 2 pounds of material per hour, with nozzle diameters ranging up to 5mm and layer heights up to 3mm. 3D print large parts, tables, chairs, jigs, housings, fixtures, forms, components, and products. We are able to print with virgin, 100% recycled plastic materials, and any combination thereof.
