The employer did not instruct the employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and regulations applicable to control or eliminate hazard or other exposure to injury to include struck-by hazards. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. |
