When I questioned it they said things like, we can help you fix your credit if you pay this off today. I wish you would request the phone recording because what they did was either bad or in a very dark part of the grey area. Oh

I am, XXXX XXXX and I Am submitting this complaint against XXXX and Valor Intelligent Processing there is no Third Party involved.Included in the Exhibits you will find my efforts to try to resolve a billing error with XXXX XXXX in which was delivered by certified mail XXXX on XXXX XXXX. XXXX has failed to acknowledge receipt of my billing error dispute stating Valor Intelligent Processing has the account in attempt to collect an alleged debt on an account in which I have reason to believe there exist a computational error and misapplied credits. Additionally as of a recent review of my consumer report on XX/XX/2022 XXXX has furnished negative inaccurate reporting to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ( Exhibit Attached ) Pursuant to regulation V this information lacks accuracy and integrity and I demand the furnisher XXXX to delete the account pursuant XXXX XXXX XXXX the account along with my other requests attached in my Exhibit. I did not give my written consent for you to furnish any information to XXXX, XXXX Or XXXX nor did I give my direct written consent to Valor Intelligent Processing to have my information if such a document exists with such permission provide it to me for my inspection.You have caused me injury from your conduct.This complaint shall serve as my second Notice of a billing error dispute.
