The shaft diameter was approximately 0.80 inches and it projected approximately 1.75 inches. b) 218 Midler Park Drive, Syracuse, NY 13206, Herrera Tortilla Oven Conveyor top level, on or about 4/3/2023: Shaft end located on the right side of the tortilla oven powering the conveyor for the top level of the oven was projecting more than one-half the diameter of the shaft.
