The side rails of the ladder extended approximately 16 inches above the landing surface. b) Worksite, 9 James Street, Waterford, New York, back of house: On or about September 16, 2022, an employee was using an extension ladder to access a first floor roof, approximately 10 feet above the ground. The side rails of the ladder extended approximately 16 inches above the landing surface. |

United Home Renovations Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531214, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2022, with respect to a workplace located in Gloversville, New York. |
