" wood piece) using a Ryobi Floor Saw (5.5 IN. 24-Tooth, 8500 Max RPM, 18V, PGC21), operated the saw without a guard in place and while operating the saw, the employee's right pinky finger contacted the blade resulting in a partial amputation. |
