Crossbraces were used as a means of access: a) 9 Vine St. Nyack NY (Exterior Single Family Home): Employees engaged in siding work, were climbing the cross braces of a tubular three frame scaffold, to access the working platform. The employer did not ensure that employees accessing a tubular frame scaffold were provided with adequate means of access, on or about 3/7/23. |
