29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) On or about: November 18th, 2024 Location: 18 Hearthstone Ln, Monsey, NY 10952 a) Employees were exposed to about 9 ft high fall while working at the top of frames of the second-level single family home that was in construction. Employees did not have personal fall arrest system or any alternative to fall protection installed on site. The Mc Pina Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1655834, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 26 Dorset Rd, Spring Valley, NY 10977. |

Location: 18 Hearthstone Ln, Monsey, NY 10952. a) Employees did not have fall protection training. Employees were exposed to a fall higher than 6 ft while working at the top of frames and roof rafters of the second-level single family home that was in construction. Employees did not have personal fall arrest systems. The Mc Pina Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1655834, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 26 Dorset Rd, Spring Valley, NY 10977. |
