Location: b) On the ground level of the jobsite: On or about 10/15/2019, employees painted while standing on top of a plank, which was supported on one side by a step of an A-frame ladder and supported on the other side by the base of the handrail for the front entrance staircase. The ladder is not designed to be use for this purpose. |
