Complaint What Happened On XX/XX/2023 I received mail from a debt collector ( Sayer Law Group, PC ) stating I owe a debt. ( account number XXXX ) from another party ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), which is a violation under 15 USC 1692b ( 2 ) and violated 15 USC 1681 ( b ). They infringed on my rights to privacy under federal law. Sayer Law Group, PC were given my information without consent from ( me ), but was given from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Under 15 USC 1692e Sayer Law Group, PC violated me with false and misleading as far as legal status of debt, falsely implicating and representation of themselves into my privacy, with deceptive forms which a violation of 15 USC 1692j. Also in these deceptive forms, Sayer Law Group, PC are in violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 2 ) used obscene and profane language, by stating the word debt and stating the word owe is obscene and profane language. Sayer Law Group, PC is in violation under 15 USC 1692f ( 8 ) unfair practice by using symbol by their address on envelope.

Complaint What Happened On XX/XX/2024 I was supposed to receive my Federal Tax Refund of {$3500.00} from my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. Sayer Law Group Took my ENTIRE Federal Tax Refund without ANY Written consent or warning. I was caught off guard and I would have Settled this Old Debt if it was handed differently. I asked XXXX XXXX to close my Account because at this point they are just XXXX Thieves. They Literally LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND SENT ME A CHECK FOR {$5.00}. They are missing the {$3500.00} TAX REFUND CHECK THEY TOOK FROM MY LIFE! I am a Tax paying Citizen and THEY NEVER GAVE me ANY NOTICE that they was taking my ENTIRE TAX RETURN. I just lost my job a week prior. I had NO phone call, email, or ANYTHING in writing saying they were collecting a Debt from a Credit Card closed over a year ago! I believe they are OTHER VICTIMS! When I called XXXXXXXX XXXX they told me that this is Internal and that I should contact Sayer Law Group. I called the company and it just rang out. Sayer Law Group has collected a debt I believe illegally. The credit card I had from XXXX XXXX has been Closed for over a year. I also have had money in and out of the account that they didnt touch. This has ruined me financially recently. I Need my {$3500.00} back!! XXXX XXXX AND Sayer Law Group havent sent ANYTHING in writing to let me know they were collecting a Debt. And I am Locked out of my XXXX XXXX Account. I believe they are XXXX and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
